To all those out there helping us get through these difficult times…

As we are all painfully aware, the COVID-19 pandemic is having an unprecedented impact on all aspects of our lives and for how long remains uncertain.

Due to the recent restrictions imposed in California, some of our Torrance office employees are working remotely. Our New Jersey factory remains open and our manufacturing and shipping timetables are unchanged. We have had to reschedule some employee hours due to a curfew imposed by the state of New Jersey, but we are functioning at full capacity.

Many others do not have the luxury of being able to work from home or adjust their shifts. These are the front line people who go to work each and every day to provide the population with what is needed. From the police, firemen, EMTs, and National Guard, who come to our aid and ask nothing in return. These first responders are always deserving of our gratitude, and today even more so. To the thousands who work in the medical field, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, emergency room workers and so many others, thank you for caring for us in our time of need.

But let’s not forget the truck drivers and delivery people who get goods and supplies to where they are needed. The grocery store employees, who face uncertainty and risk to provide us with the necessities we must have. And the restaurants who have stayed open for take-out and delivery, so that we can have some sense of normalcy in our lives. These folks are working tirelessly for long hours, day after day, putting others before themselves.

These are the true heroes of today and we owe them our gratitude and deepest respect. The next time you have the opportunity, let them how much you appreciate what they are doing. It may not change much in the overall scheme of things, but to one tired person who is giving all they have it just might make a difference. They deserve something back from us, even if it’s just knowing that we acknowledge the sacrifices that they are making for us all.

so from all of us… Thank you!
